Can I buy your one hour?

One day, the father was doing some work and his son came and asked, "Daddy, may I ask you a question?" Father said, "Yeah sure, what it is?" So his son asked, "Dad, how much do you make an hour?" Father got a bit upset and said, "That's none of your business. Why do you ask such a thing?" Son said, "I just want to know. Please tell me, how much do you make an hour?" So, Father told him that "I make Rs. 500 per hour."

The little boy timidly asked his father for a loan of Rs. 300, but the father angrily dismissed him, accusing him of selfishness and childish behavior.

The little boy quietly went to his room, and after some time, the man calmed down and realized he may have been too hard on him. He approached the boy, who was awake, and apologized for his behavior, giving him the Rs. 300 he had asked for. Surprisingly, the boy already had Rs.200 hidden under his pillow, which initially angered the man. However, the boy calmly counted his money and looked up at his father.

"Why do you want money if you already had some?" the father grumbled. "Because I didn't have enough, but now I do," the little boy replied. "Daddy I have Rs. 500 now. Can I buy an hour of your time? Please come home early tomorrow. I would like to have dinner with you". Father was dumbstruck.

Moral: The moral of the story is to prioritize spending time with loved ones, as work can easily be replaced, but the loss of family and friends is irreplaceable.
